A screenshot would not be much evidence, as there is no way to check if a screenshot is genuine. It`s easy to falsify. As there are more technical solutions, there is the archive storage engine for MySQL that only supports insertions and selections. You can`t remove it from the table at all. However, it is possible to modify TABLE to another memory module, delete the record and modify ALTER TABLE without anyone noticing, but I hope you can limit this to root and allow root to connect only locally. Then you can simply track the logins on the local database computer to find out who may have changed it. You can also scan binary protocols or activate the uns formatted query log to see who may have issued queries that led to this type of activity. I`m not sure about the database technology you`re using, but it`s very likely that you should be able to develop a solution that prevents data from changing easily. If a provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalidated, illegal or unenforceable under the applicable law or rule of law, that provision is deemed unenforceable, provided it is invalid, illegal or unenforceable. In this case, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions must be interpreted to give maximum effect to the parties` original intent. Failure to enact or strictly enforce a right or provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future, nor does it constitute a waiver of another right or other provision in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. However, to the extent that my (limited) legal knowledge is available, I see no reason to believe that a screenshot would be considered evidence of anything, as it is obviously very easy to falsify. If the screen API is unavailable for more than three consecutive hours on a calendar day, from 12:00:01 London time (GMT – 01:00) and ends at 11:59:59 London time (GMT – 01:00) on the same day, an outage is considered to have occurred.

If there are more than three outages in a calendar week, start at 12:00:01 London time (GMT – 01:00) on Monday and end at 23:59:59 London time (GMT – 01:00 h) on a Sunday, then you can terminate this contract without any responsibility by stating in writing your intention to do so in a calendar after the third default. If such a termination is accepted by apilayer, you are entitled to a refund equal to the amount you paid for the last due date.
